Terms of service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, our online course "The Glow Back", and any other content, products, and services we provide (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Anurelle Unipessoal Lda. ("ANURELLE", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Portugal (Estrada de São Tiago n.º 376, 2415-543 Leiria; NIF 518917150).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Withdrawal Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us or enrol in our course. The Services are intended for adults.

2. The course — what it is (and what it is not)

The Glow Back is an educational course. It provides general information, guidance, and personal input about postpartum skincare, based on our training, research, and experience.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. ANURELLE is not a medical provider, and nothing in the course, the community, or our communications creates a doctor–patient or clinical relationship. Information and guidance we provide — including any input about what may be suitable while breastfeeding — is general and educational, and may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Always consult your own doctor, dermatologist, or a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any skincare routine, product, ingredient, or treatment, especially while pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have any medical condition or concern. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking professional advice where appropriate. We make no guarantee of any particular result, and individual results vary.

3. Enrolment, access, and the live cohort

When you purchase The Glow Back, you gain access to the course materials (such as videos and downloadable guides) and a place in the live cohort for the applicable dates.

Course materials and community access are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The live cohort runs on a schedule we communicate to you. If a session must be rescheduled, we will let you know and, where practical, provide a recording or alternative.

We may make reasonable changes to the course content or delivery to improve it, provided this does not materially reduce what you paid for.

4. Community rules (WhatsApp group and live sessions)

Our course includes a private community (currently via WhatsApp) and live sessions (currently via Zoom). By taking part, you agree to:

- Be respectful and supportive of other members;

- Not share other members' personal information, messages, images, or health details outside the community;

- Not record, copy, or redistribute live sessions, recordings, or course materials;

- Share only what you are comfortable sharing — messages in the group are visible to other members.

We may remove any participant who breaches these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, guides, text, designs, and branding are owned by ANURELLE or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use them for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, record, or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

6. Payment and pricing

- Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include VAT.

- Payment is processed securely by our providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.

- You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel and obtain a refund is set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, including your 14-day right of withdrawal and our founding-cohort guarantee. Please refer to that policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Physical products (where applicable in future)

Where we sell physical products, additional terms regarding availability, pricing, shipping, and returns apply as described at the point of sale and in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. We describe products as accurately as we can, but minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including not to: use them unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with their operation; or infringe the rights of others.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANURELLE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from your use of the educational information provided, which you use at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including your statutory rights as a consumer, and liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
